Heavy quality bowl, probably won as a prize at Eton College.
There is the Coat of Arms of Eton College engraved in one of the cartouches on the side, underneath that is the Eton College Motto,
"Floreat Etona" which means May Eton Florish
The retailers name is engraved underneath just above the makers mark "Rowell, Eton.
