Pair of George 111 Silver Wine Coasters
This pair of Georgian silver wine coasters were both made by J.T. Younge and Co in 1800 and 1802.
They were assayed in Sheffield and have a typical half fluted decoration with a triple cotton edge
around the top. The bases are made from seasoned fruitwood and underneath they are fitted with
original baise. The centre of each coaster has the original family crest engraved on a silver disc.
